Karen Nethersole, Esq.
Karen Nethersole, Esq., is the CEO of Full Circle NY (FCNY) a branding & marketing company established in 2005. Karen is a seasoned attorney and has practiced in the area of restructuring and bankruptcy. She began at a private law firm as outside counsel to Fortune 500 companies. She then transitioned from law to a career in Human Resources at a Fortune 500 Company where she created innovative training programs that helped her company become more competitive and set the standard for other companies in the industry to follow.

FCNY's clientele is comprised primarily of corporations, celebrities and professional athletes including various players from the 2012 Super Bowl XLVI championship team (NY Giants). Karen works with FCNY clients to provide branding, marketing, business development and also financing opportunities. Additionally, she implements the legal strategies and creates the necessary agreements to maximize the value of their brands, develop and protect their intellectual property and form legal and business entities that best suit the needs of the client. FCNY is currently working on the multi-million dollar expansion project of the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel & Casino owned by Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc. in Atlantic City, NJ.

Karen is one of the 2008 recipients of The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty Achievement Award and served as Mistress of Ceremonies at the 2010 and 2012 awards dinners. Karen graduated magna cum laude from St. Francis College (NY) and was inducted into the Duns Scotus Honor Society. She obtained her juris doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law and is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars as well as various Federal courts.

Karen has enacted powerful positive change and has been featured in ESSENCE magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, The Network Journal, Harvard University publications and various other publications.

A proven communicator, Karen inspires others and speaks on a variety of topics including career development, entrepreneurship and diversity. She is frequently requested for engagements at national conferences, the nation's top universities, colleges and various events throughout the country. Karen is an author and recently completed her book titled Office Intelligence: Knowing what information you need and how to utilize that information to succeed in your workplace and career. The book will be available in the Fall of 2012.

As Marketing Director Kat is responsible for the development and implementation of FCNY's marketing strategies. She is also responsible for brand exposure, enhancement and event promotion.

Chelsea partnered with FCNY after 18 years as a writer and editor, specializing in public relations and fundraising communications. Her areas of expertise include corporate and internal communications, media relations and community relations. Neal Greenfield, Esq
Neal Greenfield, Esq. is the Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Full Circle NY (FCNY). He is also an attorney who practices in all aspects of intellectual property, entertainment and general business. Throughout his career, he has coordinated domestic and multi-national intellectual property litigation, planned and implemented worldwide brand expansion and protection strategies, negotiated, written and enforced licenses, production and professional/personal service agreements and other contracts, cleared rights for use of content, identified and evaluated acquisition opportunities for clients and represented clients as a legal expert before policy making bodies and the media. At FCNY Neal works with FCNY's clients to position their businesses, brands and licensing opportunities and maximize their revenue opportunities while providing cost effective legal protection. His experience has given him the opportunity to encounter the many types of legal and practical problems faced by businesses and sports and entertainment professionals.

Aside from his advocacy experience, he has also extensively written and spoken on various topics including entrepreneurship, intellectual property creation and protection and brand development at conferences and workshops. He is the author of a major legal treatise and a legal studies instructor on the college level. Greenfield obtained his juris doctorate degree from New York Law School.
